Who we are

IF-IT Events brings together people who have spent their working lives on event sites. Between us we have more than 50 years of experience at festivals, corporate events, film shoots and private functions.

The idea is simple: organisers shouldn’t have to juggle five suppliers to get people parked, fed, served and home safely. So we built one team that can do all of it, and do it well.

Whether it’s a private party in a field or a festival with thousands of vehicles on site, you get the same people, the same standards and one point of contact from planning to pack-down.

Our office is in Farnborough, Hampshire, but our team is spread far and wide, so we can cover events right across the UK.

Why IF-IT?

The name started at the kitchen table. As a child, whenever I asked what was for dinner, the answer was often “if-its”.

Ask what if-its were, and the reply was always something like: “If it’s there, you can have it. If I can make it, you can have it.”

That answer stuck with me, and it’s how we run the business. We don’t put limits on what we can do for you. If it’s possible, we can supply it.

Safety first

Our staff are trained and briefed for every site. Safe routes, clear signage and calm people on the ground come before anything else.

Planned properly

We plan layouts, routes and staffing with you in advance, using our own custom-built management and operations system, so the whole team works from one plan. On the day, we adapt to weather, traffic and crowds.

Built to scale

We size the team to your event, from a handful of staff at a private function to a full crew for a multi-day festival.
